you can go to Lowes/Home Depot and look at several options. I personally placed laminate sticky back tile so that it would be easier to keep clean. You can also paint it with concrete paint. Now a days, they have a lot of pretty speckles/colors to pick from. Easy easy application!! Good luck!
Ceramic tile
Sheet vinyl. Easy to clean and it is only attached at the edges. won't be a problem to replace later on and moisture in the concrete will not be a problem.
