Found this awsome piece at the thrift store! It's going in my "she room/cave" and I'm storing my printer inside. My issue: need a great color to paint it! I'm partial to fall colors😋
If you like crimson red--Annie Sloan makes a dark red chalk paint. Perfect for this piece. Or Country Chic also has a dark red chalk paint in their line.
what other colors are in the room?
How about a beautiful burnt orange?
I like an dark orange or burgundy.
Perhaps a soft sage green, or a deep red, like the red of autumn leaves? It's a gorgeous piece.

Burgundy n creme
Go with a lighter chalk paint, since you already have such awesome style and color with the vases and curtains. You could go with a yellow chalk paint as that is one of the main colors in there.
Nice piece. After painting in your chosen color, you can either leave or remove grating in the doors and install fabric covered foam core panels with a color coordinated fabric. I did that with an under stair closet that had broken shutters. Looked great.
