I would definitely try LimeAway, since this appears to be a mineral buildup. Let it sit the maximum time before you wipe out, not rinse. Use a cloth or paper towels to wipe the barrel out. Then rinse, following directions carefully. Follow with a vinegar rinse. Once a week, run a cup of vinegar through the machine. Best wishes ☺️
