Been there, done that, no. If you want to preserve the fabric, carefully remove it (it's only attached in 3 spots per rib) and attach it to the fabric of a plain umbrella of the same size.

You can close it up and add flower arrangement at handle then tie a pretty bow around the closed umbrella that matches your flowers. Hang on a door or where you would like. All this really depends on how badly it's broken of course!
