I have made several windows using modge podge and food coloring together cheap n pretty
craft stores sell a gel that can be applied to glass like windows. results vary, so try it on a spare piece to learn how to use it.
My question would be how do you clean the window? What products?
Amazon and Michael's carry a line of paint that is designed to mimic stained glass... one part looks like the led came between the colored glass... I have also seen colored tissue used instead of paint (cut the tissue at least 1/4 inch larger than the shape... say a leaf.... crumple the tissue apply to the plexiglas or glass using Modge Podge or decoupage glue... a layer of glue, tissue paper (manipulate to where it fits within the pattern, final layer of glue... let dry.... you can then apply the "ledding"
