Hello. I make a paste with baking soda and vinegar and scrub it on. I let it sit for 5-10 minutes then rinse and repeat if necessary. I hope this works for you!

Have you tried a product called Sno Bowl? It's to clean toilet bowls and works great on mineral build up. It's caustic so take care.
