Wet and Forget is a great product, made particularly for your dilemma. You spray it on and walk away. You might have to do it a second time, depending on the severity of the problem, but it’s not particularly expensive
Wet n' Forget, applied with a garden sprayer, on an overcast day. It may take some time, but streaks will disappear.
