I also have a double wide mobile home, and I painted the walls. I just used interior latex paint and rolled it on with a paint roller. It takes 2 coats, and it will look great.
Just paint it the way you normally paint. I did that for years.
Hi Linda, just paint it in the color of your choice. If you want (but not absolutely necessary) you could prime first with a product like Kilz or Zinsser and then you'd probably only need one coat of the paint. I did this to my paneled mobile home years ago and it really softened and lightened the look of the space! Go for it!
Prime it first. I would use Zinnser BIN and then paint. You might need to use a brush in the cracks.
