What kind of anchors do I need!?
Pouring a cement pad approximately 48x48 for a Little Free Library. We need to put 1/2 inch diameter bolts to secure it to the pad and want them to be removable. What kind of anchoring system should we use?

Put the bolts into the concrete and leave the threads up so that you can attach whatever and then put a nut on to tighten. Be sure to wrap the threads when putting the bolt into the concrete or they will get clogged.
You can drill holes in the concrete and put in an expansion bolt..... you will either need a hammer drill or a masonry bit on your regular drill might work.... http://www.powers.com/pdfs/mechanical/06914.pdf
Masonary drill bit after it dries.
You should be able to get anything that you need at a big box home improvement store. They can also help determine the size bit and bolts you will need to hold up the little free library post and house so that it will be stable.
