If it’s flimsy get the hairdryer out. That loosens it and will come right up
A heat gun and a scraper
I first loosened the tiles with a hairdryer. Then put a scraper underneath to remove the tile. I tried a bunch of different methods to try to get the adhesive off of the floor, but I ended up buying some Goo Gone. I sprayed it on the sticky stuff, let it sit for a few minutes and then scraped the adhesive off. It really worked. Just make sure the area is ventilated.
