Hi Shelly, Their are kits you can buy to cover the counters. I believe you can roll it on. Try Home Depot or Lowe's paint department for these kits.
I have looked into several. Have old 70's yellow counters. We are going with the colored concrete that paints on over existing counters, will have to sand down between coats but sander was only 20.00 and came with additional refills. Total cost of supplies including sander is 80.00 and they will update and still stay true to the look of our existing kitchen.
