Cracks in the cement in my garage. Can I do this myself?

I have some cracks in the cement in the floor of my garage. Should I fill them myself and if so what product would you recommend as well as the process. I also have some cracks in the foundation of the garage too. Thanks for this opportunity.

THERE IS A CAULKING FOR CONCRETE CRACKS, its really runny to get down to the very bottom. i refer to it as the sloppy caulk..have a roll of paper towels on hand.
