How do I replace, or clean & seal the grout in my 30 year old shower
The grout is discolored from mold. When I clean it even with straight beach, it does not come clean. It returns in the same place it was before.

It sounds like you need a ventalation fan in your bathroom to prevent this reoccurring problem. As to the stained grout, this product works great and you can even change colors! Best wishes!

Vinegar is better than bleach, for treating mold. Seal the grout, if yours requires it. If that does not correct it, you may need to dig out grout and re-install with a newer acrylic caulk.
Try using vinegar sprayed on the areas that get the mold/mildew. It really won't help the staining, it is most likely into the grout too far, but it will help kill all the mold/mildew spores it can get to and that will put off getting it back for a while. You may have to replace the grout.
