Find the source of the mold and take care of that first! You need to be healthy!
Mold is very serious you need to make sure it doesn’t have a deeper source called the insurance first. If not you can spray it with bleach , wait... spray with bleach again until it’s gone and it’s clear then you can paint like normal or use a primer then paint
Before any paint job, you must wash and dry your walls other item first. For moldy walls, wash with TSP first. Then see what they look like. Hopefully it is just surface mold and can easily be washed away. If a more serious infestation, the sheetrock will need to be replaced. After washing and letting dry thoroughly, use a good primer like Kilz or Zinsser. Then your paint.

I would remove the mold first. If it is just spots on the surface of the wall from shower/moisture build up, you can use a magic eraser and it'll clean it up easily. If it is a bigger problem, I would do what everyone mentioned above!
Bleach first 409 whatever you got this got some kind of mold mildew killer spray a bunch of that on it let it sit and wipe it off with rubber gloves on wash hands afterwards let it dry for a day and you're ready to paint
