For moisture, you need to stop the water from coming in. This could require a french drain and waterproofing outside your foundations. Inside you may want to seal the concrete floor if unsealed. You can paint the foundation walls inside with Drylok, and if there are cracks fill them with Drylok's caulking. Then once dry, treat the mold with Concrobium.. You may also need to install a dehumifier down there, and also putting in a basement vent fan to exhaust stale air out.
half vinegar half water in a spray bottle. spray paper towels with the mix. cover the mold and use press and seal.to help keep it moist. house no. 3 my current location, came with a huge mold issue in the basement. the renters had dogs in the basement the let them defecate wherever the dogs wanted. I did some research...bleach doesn't kill the spores that spread the mold. vinegar was recommended, but it works better with the water added. why? I have no clue.. but its safer for my pets.
