After you spray the paint, you spray a bit of water or vinegar onto it and wipe with a paper towel. The water droplets are what makes it look like aged mirror.
If you just want it to look like a mirror, it's not going to work perfectly for that.
Glass needs to be super clean. Spray one side of the glass, which will be the back of the mirror. The other side will be the mirror. Then spray the mirror effect with flat black paint. Rustoleum seems to be better than Krylon.
