I found one at a store that carried construction item. They would buy woods, plumbing fixtures and more. Then resale them. Try doing a search in your area for a Habitat Store or second hand construction materials store in your area.
The lowest height in newer tubs is around 14", but it is difficult to see one in a showroom. Kohler makes a tub called 'Expanse", measuring 32" at its widest, 60" long, 14" depth. You can find other Kohler tubs in 30" width, 60" length, as well.
Try a large plumbing supply store.
'Retro' means design to a style earlier in time.
