Frame it. Using wood trim measure and cut to size. I then stained mine or you could paint it. My hubby cut notches out and attached it to the clips. In my old house I used e6000 right on the mirror. Secure with strips of painters tape until dry.
Michaels or A CMoore has a product that makes windows look like stained glass. My daughter-in-law had glue spots showing on a bathroom mirror. I used the craft kit to make a tree and flower scene and painted it according to the directions. The new couple buying the house years later loved and kept it.
I just gave a mirror of mine a fun makeover by creating a faux stained glass look over parts of the mirror. This photo was my inspiration. All you need to do is mix acrylic paint with white glue and apply the paint to the mirror as you please. Once it dries it will be semi transparent and looks gorgeous!! It is also easily removable. Have fun!
I've spray painted mirrors (the frames) before with a lot of success!
