Try mixing a half cup of baking soda with a gallon of water. Use this solution to scrub with a stiff broom. Then rinse the porch with clear water. If there is a baking soda residue, use vinegar to remove it. Good luck with this project.
I just use vinegar, Dawn dish soap and a stiff bristle long handled broom. Here is what others recommend.

Use regular or diet SODA!!!! NO JOKE!! When I get a free liter soda from the grocery, I dump it on my kitchen or bathroom floor and my grout is WHITE within minutes using PAPER TOWELS!!! I also pour it on the cement edging around my pool, and, voila!! CLEAN!! It is nothing but phosphoric acid, sugar laden or not, and will work wonders. As a Nutritionist, I HATE to see people tearing up their guts with the stuff or egging on diabetes in their children with 16tsps. of sugar per can!! Good Luck!!
i would just use a power washer and go to it!!
Regarding the color of your door and porch. I would leave the door green. Then, if you want to paint your porch, go with a color that would contrast the door. Perhaps something in the tan family. I'm afraid if you paint the porch green too, both door and porch will fade into each other. If the porch is a contrasting color, you will really notice the door. Best of luck to you.
