Spray with vinegar it neutralizes the odor
Try scrubbing brush and vinegar. I haven't done this myself but am sure the vinegar will take the smell out. Also, vinegar is great for cleaning the grout as long as you don't do it too often.
Vinegar will not only remove the stains; it also removes the odor. To use vinegar as a cleaning solution, prepare a mixture of equal parts of warm water and vinegar in a container. Spread the solution in between the tiles and leave it be for 10 minutes. Scrub the grout with a brush and rinse thoroughly with water.
