As in repurpose? Or redesign to wear? Repurpose: could turn into pillow covers, curtains, bed skirt.
Yes redesign, THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTIONS.
If you aren’t set on keeping it there’s a group called angel gowns who take donated wedding dresses and make burial gowns for infants who have passed away. You can google -angel gowns for more information.
I suppose it depends on the style of the dress but, if you can sew (unlike me! ) you could possibly turn it into "separates"- like a top and skirt. After my first marriage was over, I wore my wedding dress as a Halloween costume, adding angel wings and beat up work boots (don't even ask me what that was supposed to represent, but it seemed like a good idea at the time! LOL).
You could redesign your wedding gown into a Christening Gown for a child. Depending on the style of your wedding gown you could make a great & fancy dress, it would be one of a kind.
Hope this helps

You can turn it it a wreath, make a garland or table runner with it, make a pillow, upcycle a lamp shade.... so many great choices :)
