Dig a hole deep enough and wide enough to hold bottle and a plant. Cut bottom off of bottle. Bury bottle upside down. Then plant a flower or vegetable, etc. next to bottle. Make sure you leave dirt off of the bottom of bottle so you can ad water as needed. When it rains, the bottle will fill up and self water plant. In dry spells, you will have to fill bottle as you water plant. This will give plant a reserve watering. Bottle waters deep where most roots are located. Happy bottle watering!
Well on our farm we use to take the detergent containers and turn them into scoops .
Plastic bag dispenser
screws and nails (the boxes they come in always fall apart)
cotton balls
anything powder that comes in a box or bag like borax or baking soda
christmas lights
Scoops, magazine or book holders. I just cut up some containers for paper storage in my craft room. Paper the outside and make planters.
Use them to store craft supplies.
I use a lot of recycled plastic bottles to hold craft supplies. I remove the labels then add chalkboard labels available in the craft store. If they have a design on them just give the containers a quick coat of spray paint.
