I would get some Lily Miller Moss Out in the hose attachment bottle and spray it on.
I have also used one of those old hose attachment bottles from Windex, fill with 10% bleach solution, or lemon ammonia, or vinegar. I have cleaned RVs and vinyl siding using this technique as mold/algae is always growing in the PNW.
