What is your goal by doing this? Are you wanting to mount or hang something up on the walls?
Joann,. You'll need a Hilti gun, it penetrates cement. If you don't have one, you can rent one at Home Depot. It goes by the hour. You also need a deposit, and an ID. You can rent from say 3 pm-3 pm the next day that's 24 hrs. Aloha!
I'd use screws and anchors, personally. Drill your hole (with the correct drill bit), insert anchor, tighten screw.
Look for tap-con screws. They come with a special drill bit and anchor solidly.
