There are lots of recipes online. Search under "how to ferment peppers."
Down here in Louisiana we do this alot. Out the number of peppers in your mason jar or any other jar you want, then add vinegar to cover. Seal it, let it ferment until you get the desired taste you want. Easy peazy. Now the longer you keep it, the longer it inhaled all the flavor. If it's hot peppers, it's great to use as a flavoring, just be careful it's not too hot for you!
