I've heard mayonnaise will help, but I haven't tried it. I also watched a video the other day about using hydrogen peroxide and that seemed to work for some people. One person here in Hometalk suggested using cat litter crystals. You sprinkle the crystals where the stains are and it will draw out the liquid, which the author said was still in the wood. It's worth a try! Let us know how it goes.
How about disposable diapers or baby pull-ups for your dog? Regular baby diapers/pants will work if you cut a small hole or slit in them for the tail. Remove to take out for potty walks, put back on when coming back in. I once had to do this for a male Peke, so I adapted a tummy wrap for him & put disposable pads inside them. I told him how good he looked & put a little shirt on him & he didn't seem to mind at all. He was lot more comfortable & happy staying dry & being able to enjoy more quality of life again.
Sand it and restain.
