What do you clean it with? I am guessing mold. Spores can survive allot of agents.
Looks like mold or stuck on dirt.
if you can use a Mr. Clear Magic Eraser
and bar keepers Friend or softscrub , it should remove it. Some use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide-makes a high mess and takes forever. Bar Keepers Friend (Can Only-Powder) works best and does not scratch surface like comet or other brands. Use magic eraser with product to help it come off easier. Be sure to put muscle in it.
Good luck and Happy Cleaning!
Go to a hardware store and ask someone for an indoor mold preventer.
Clean your sink well as suggested above. Then follow directions on bottle of mold preventer. This should help. Mold spores can lay dorment until moisture and humidity combine to give perfect growing conditions. They like dark also. Make sure all stays dry. If you have a shower or bath in same room, run ceiling fan and leave light on. Always dry out sink. If this does not help, you need to call in a mold remover specialist. Good luck!
