Can you paint over "vinyl siding" on the exterior of your home ? If so what company makes this feat possible ? Science & advancements in technology ~ please someone say it is so. I don't like the siding colour of my (new) VERY OLD cottage.

Yes, you can. We had an issue with a stain on our vinyl siding that wouldn't come out. My husband took a piece to Home Depot. They did a color match and made a recommendation on the type of paint. That was pre-2012 and you can't tell where it was painted and it has held up great. I'm sorry that I don't still have the paint so I can't tell you what kind we used.
