Has anyone tried to spray the spray foam into a concrete mold?

Not sure what spray foam you are asking about.
Are you referring to the foam insulation? I have not but it is an interesting concept. Just not sure how badly it would stick to the form. I sticks to everything else I touches. Don't know if you could grease the mold first.
Wow what a concept and idea. I would really liberally coat the mold with silicone spray. Another option would be to spray the mold with silicone spray or oil it well. Then embed plastic wrap to the mold smoothing it out. Then spray the plastic wrap with silicone spray. Might just peel off. You wouldn't want to ruin a good concrete mold. Also use the low expanding spray foam in the BLUE can. Time to be Dr. Frankenstein. Let us know how it works out and post your project here.
