I'm sad to say... you've got a Hazardous Material situation. Anything that would be available to the homeowner would likely contribute more moisture & not be strong enough to get all the mold killed off. Time to call in the pro. Bummer. :-\
You likely need to install at least one sump pump near your most vulnerable wall. If your concrete floor is thick enough, chip out a small valley along that wall leading to the sump. Or put down a heavy line of silicone as a “retaining” wall about an inch from the wall to direct the water to the sump.
If this is a recurring problem, look into French drains inside or out. Check that the exterior grading is away from the house. Buy ($20?) gutter extenders that put rain further from the house.
There no point in “decorating” until you fix the source properly.
