    are they fabric or vinyl/leather ? if Vinyl or 'leather', a Magic Eraser does well ... for fabric, use the Magic Eraser on the sides of the soles, or a good scrubbing with dawn/water and a tooth brush;

    for fabric, I've used a good Laundry PreTreat Spray -- such as 'Spray and Wash ... very good on grass stain, then toss a couple of big bathtowels in your machine, add laundry detergent / liquid bleach and wash on HOT ...stop machine and let soak for about an hour .. finish the load; do not put in dryer.

    also, if she gets the shoes wet during a game, etc., wash them before they get dry if you can... helps keep stains from setting .... and in an emergency, a bottle of white shoe polish!! for 'touch up's ...

    For fabric shoes, I've used peroxide bleaches to get out stubborn stains and then wash it in warm-hot water.

    Just watch the temp of the dryer, don't want it to melt the soles.

    For the rubber sides and soles you can use nail polish remover. Takes the dirt and stains right off.

    White toothpaste and a damp toothbrush. A dab of toothpaste on the toothbrush. Gently brush and let it foam. Wipe off. Not gel toothpaste.

    You could try saddle soap. It is made for leather. Check out the leather cleaners and conditioners at shoe departments or stores. You want to keep them conditioned so that the leather doesn't start to crack.

    Peroxide bleaches and nail polish remover will dry out the leather. This can cause the leather to crack. Leather conditioner will keep leather soft and supple but tend to be expensive. Some experts recommend Lemon essential oil. Though the liquid has the desired conditioning qualities, it’s comparatively safer to use. After cleaning the leather, gently massage its surface with a cloth dipped in, or dampened with, 10 to 15 drops of lemon essential oil. In addition to leaving behind a fresh scent, this works to prevents cracks and promote the longevity of the leather piece.
