I LOVE the contrast of gray and bright white. So clean and classic. Timeless, too!
Bright white will reflect the light and make it appear larger. I recently started using RustOleum enamel paint in a bright white for doors and trim. It looks great and is so durable. The coverage is much better than latex.
I would go with a bright white, too. Also a high gloss would probably look great and be easy to clean.
I, also vote for the bright white enamel.
If you are wanting to paint your cabinet go with a satin extra white.
My favorite go-to for white paint is Benjamin Moore White Dove.
