Hi Wendy,
You will have to contact a company specializing in this work. Be sure and have them look up in the attic to see if they can do this from there without cutting into your walls.
Get a company that drills small holes in walls and blow in insulation through holes
what's best way to remove old insulation first?
Blown in insulation is the best way to go for an older home. Upgrade the insulation in your attic by using the blown in insulation or the fiberglass batts. You should have at least an R40 or more in your attic. An equivalent to an R20 or more for your walls. A good contractor will do this for you and your pay back should be in about 5 years. Well worth the money for comfort. If you are removing the inside walls then the foam spray is very good.
