Yes! In my last house I had stenciled a border about a foot down from the ceiling in the guest bathroom, our daughter's nursery and our bedroom. They looked wonderful. In my house now, I stenciled a border of fruit and leaves on the ceiling around our light fixture. It adds a warm, homey touch to my kitchen.
Nicki are you able to show your work? What do you use as a stencil?
Hello Melissa, I love the look of stenciling so I have done it quite a bit. It is very pretty as a border and you can customize it in any colors. Have fun with it by using highlighting and darker for edges. It really is a wonderful and inexpensive way to make a room look nice.
