How can I get the seams of wallpaper that is 18 years old to lay down?
The guy originally overlapped the seams cause he said it would shrink. Didn’t do that and I have just tried to ignore it but in the last year it is sort of curling up. I love the paper and really don’t want to replace it. Any suggestions. Thanks. Betty

Have you tried regular wallpaper glue to lay it down with? Mod podge may work as well.
If you work slowly and meticulously Super Glue might work.
You could try regluing the seams, or perhaps using a straight edge to trim the loose overlap to the seam it should be at.

Elmer's glue is great for wallpaper seams. Use a roller to press flat. You might ant to add some painter's tape temporarily.
