I really like the door the color it is. It really sets it off and gives a sense of arrival. I know it really doesn't go with your brick color, but I think it is still really nice. Just my opinion.
You can get a lot of ideas here (I personally like teal on brick):

I'm going with a blue on door & shutters a bright blue with gray undertone to compliment roof and it'll look good with white trim and brick
Thank you very much I thought the dark grey worked my friend and my husband said it needed to be black or white and said no! Lol the brick is actually solid red with grey grout so thank you again I will just touch it up
Hi Wanda, I like the way it is...but if you want to spice it up I think there are several colors you could use. =red%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=brick%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=house%7Ctyped]Here is a search on Pinterest. I think you could go with a light green/blueish/gray, a dark/blue/navy-ish color, a bright yellow =red%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=brick%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=house%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=yellow%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=door%7Ctyped]a bright yellow or white would also work.
I like the gray door, too. If you wanted to jazz it up a bit, perhaps you could make it a little more blue-gray, but I think it looks good the way it is.
By the way, I was wondering about that beautiful large tree in front. The picture isn't clear, but is there something wrong at the bottom of the tree's trunk? I couldn't make the picture large enough to tell. If there is trunk damage on the tree, please get it checked out by an arborist to make sure the tree is sturdy and healthy. It's so large, if it's not healthy, it could do real damage to your beautiful home. I apologize if it's just my poor vision and tablet making it hard to see!
This is the color I was thinking it is the enterior of the house and thank you for asking about the tree we are tree people we had to cut down large oaks to build but it was necessary the one out front actually has a axle from a tractor trailer growing in it has been there for 20 years I know wasn’t about to cut it down it is very healthy has been in a article in the local paper I will send a better picture one day there is a 200 hundred year old live oak by the drive
thank you for your concern

Put a white vinyl railing on the porch. Forget the door
just put a rialing on the porch and thats it
Get rid of that box thing above the door. It takes away the great look of the door, makes it look cheap. Keep a classy look true to the house design by painting the shutters white or black and add the white railing to the porch. Colors with red brick looks like an experiment gone bad
