How to cover a pool filter?
We have a huge pool filter in our back yard. It is a necessary eyesore. How do I screen it yet retain ready access to clean the filter and pump basket? Anyone has some good ideas?

Depending on your decor you can build around it with pallets, use lattice & leave plain or add faux ivy, louvered shutters, use fencing to build around. This a/c cover up project might help:

Can you put a nice bucket with a lid (but the bottom cut out) over it? you could spray paint the bucket.Possibly an overturned lattice looking plastic laundry basket that would have a couple metal stakes holding it in place. Don't know the size of pool filter.
I was thinking about those faux rock to cover.
How about a barbeque grill cover? They have one on Groupon now for $20., but it may be too big. You could cut it down and glue back the one side? It would look like you just had a grill near the pool!
That's a thought.
Why not make it disguised inder an attractive box or in a nice small shed.
