Margaret,. They have kits you can roll on. As far as name brand, check with Home Depot or Lowe's, and see what you like and which is the best choice. Aloha!

I painted my basement floor a beautiful teal color. You can buy cement paint at Home Depot then use a roller on a long broom stick to paint the floor. Just be sure you start at the far end of the room so you can get out! LOL
