For the “rotting” wrought iron post question?
I’ve an answer for the person who asked how to fix their rusted-through wrought iron patio steps guard rail. I can’t find their post now, so will start a new one.
Simpson StrongTie is THE nationally recognized manufacturer of all structural-Grade brackets/straps & much more. All of their products are tested & exceed all the Building Codes requirements.
I just typed in “patio guard rail” in their search-box and then selected from the options. One must try searching using other key words, to find the products that will work for you.
It’s not overwhelming if you take the time to read and look at their diagrams.
When working with exterior applications & concrete, be sure and read what kind of required fasteners must be used to prevent future rotting/rusting/corrosion & galvanic reactions!

Rust-Oleum carries a product called Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit. You can get this on Amazon.com and it's a 2 part epoxy paint. You mix container A with B in a quart container. Your tub must be absolutely spotless when doing this. This needs a clean surface to grip to. Good luck!
I am sorry this is not the correct post. Please ignore.
