Why do you want to? You can paint anything with the right primer but the cost of the materials is likely not worth it. Acrylic is a flexible material so whatever you cover it with may flex and crack despite your efforts. And that's not even considering the effects from humidity? Honestly, it's probably better to replace them with new if they're looking sad. If that's out of the question, you might want to consider painting a design on the upper part of the walls where it gets less direct moisture. There are also companies that make stickers to go over tie. They may stay put in these areas.
Rustoleum or Homax tub and tile paint kits. Proper prep is the key. Do not take any shortcuts.
