How can I get a beam built in and remove a retaining wall?

Where? In a house? Retaining wall in garden?
Do you mean a load bearing wall in a house? If so you would need a structural engineer to properly size the beam needed. Temporary walls would need to be built on both sides of where the beam will go. This is not a DIY.
