An easy way is the one quoted above, wax paper and some newspaper. Place the newspaper on the ironing board, then one sheet of wax paper, arrange the leaves, second sheet of wax paper and the a couple sheets of newspaper on top. Turn on the iron (dry setting, no steam) to a mid way temp. This can be adjusted. Iron the newspaper, more like hold the iron in place for a couple of seconds over where each leave would be. Open it up and check on the leaves..
I have heard of dipping leaves in paraffin wax also.
I am not sure of yourcquestion??? But if you are talking about waxing the leaves of a live plant, you should never do that !!! Keeping your plants healthy and dust free is the best way. Plants breathe and absorb light through their leaves, never wax or coat them !
