Dollar stores have wreath frames of several types.

Hot melt glue gun is essential.

If you’re copying a licensed product, I can’t advise you on that.

When you compose your layout, it’s like arranging flowers:

    odd numbers & balance.

I would lay it up “dry” first and look at where you’ll need to either wire or glue things, and stand back and squint at it, to check it.

If the back of the wreath shows through a glass door, then either glue matching fabric or card stock on the back.

I am chuckling at your answer Cheryl... how can a Mickey Mouse wreath be anything but licensed? Call it by any fictional name not already copyrighted and you are OK. For now, just call it Mousey as a working name.

    Otherwise, Cheryl has good comments.
