Hi Julie, there are so many. Of course there are the bath bombs but if you have a cookie lover on your list just take a mason jar and put in all the ingredience for a cookie they like. Then put the on it what else they need to add and how long to bake. Take a thin board that you can buy at the craft store and paint and stencil it with a lovely saying. Then just put a hook on the back or hang it from some ribbon which is my favorite. Here is a video on how to make alcohol ink coasters.

Julie, You can make so many gifts, such as a jar, with a cookie recipe, a basket of food, say an Italian theme. Pasta, sauce, wine, etc. If you want to make things from scratch, check out the local craft store. Aloha!
I agree with the cookie jar gifts, here's one I made with a printable gift tag- https://www.justalittlecreativity.com/2015/11/santas-favorite-cake-batter-mms-cookies.html
I also agree with the essential oils bars or bath scrubs, they're a great gift- https://www.justalittlecreativity.com/2018/04/lavender-essential-oil-salt-scrub-bars.html
But, if neither of those options are what you're looking for you can also do an online search for free Christmas printables to download and print (there's tons available), and then find some inexpensive frames at a Dollar Store, Target, Walmart, etc and frame them to give as gifts.
