How do I remove a wall border?

    Take picture, take it to hardware store for recomendations, goo remover, and rent a heat gun. Should peel off. Or putty, over, ?

    warm water and vinegar mixed in a spray bottle...spray and let sit...top of border should peel right of after sitting a few minutes and then spray paper left on wall let soak for a bit and gently use a wide scraper to help get it off wall

    If it’s like wallpaper, I used a spray bottle with fabric softener and a little water. Sprayed until wet then it kinda just peeled off
