How do I make sure my Fimo doesn't crumble?
Sometimes when i buy new Fimo, then i open it the Fimo becomes like sand and starts crumbling, it takes ages to work through and warm up this sand like Fimo, most of the time this only happens with the "Fimo effect". Please help me because it takes hours of hard work to make the whole pack soft.

I had this problem and added a bit of liquid cooking oil to "bond" it together. It does take time working with it though. Just a small amount of oil at a time so you don't overdo it.
This often happens due to atmospheric conditions. Since I don't like using the microwave, I steam mine. Put it in a strainer or double boiler lined with foil and let it sit over simmering water for about 5 minutes. The steam heats the foil and the foil warms the Fimo (or Sculpey). Once warm, you should be able to knead it to the elasticity you want.
I'm not sure about prevention but I think this article may be of some help to you.

I prefer sculpty clay - it's softer and easier to work with.
