Hi She. I'm Cindy. Wrap your ribbon around a piece of cardboard. The size of cardboard will depend on how big of a bow you want. For a shirt box, I would use a 6 - 8 inch square piece of cardboard. After the ribbon is wrapped around the piece of cardboard, put a twist tie around the ribbon and remove the cardboard. Pull the loops of ribbon out and work with them until you're satisfied.
