Can I adhere power strips to wood with command strips?
3M “Command” Adhesive Strips......do I HAVE to use their hooks? I would like to somehow attach a power strip/surge protector to a cabinet, but don’t want to ruin the wood surface or drill holes. I was thinking about using Command strips, since they are usually removable, but wasn’t sure if a power strip would stick to the adhesive strips?

I wouldn't think they would be strong enough, but it's worth a try.
Hi Elissa, I know it does work for hanging things but you might want to get one of the bigger ones so it covers more surface area.
Might have better luck with stick on Velcro. I love command hooks as hooks but I'm not sure about using them just as adhesive.
You can use the Command strips. They will hold.
You could also use sticky backed velcro. They work pretty good.
Hi Elissa, hope this helps you out. To what surfaces will Command™ Products stick? Painted, stained or varnished wood, glass, tile, painted cinder block, plaster, metal, and painted wallboard.
Some doubled sided carpet tape would make this almost permanent.
