Dried whole? Just let them sit out somewhere really warm & dry(top of fridge) it could take up to 6 months or more(2 yrs) depending on their size. Any sign of mold around stem area or minute black spots on rind areas they are rotting and it's not dry enuf. Sometimes you can dab vinegar on spots put in dryer area and they'll be fine, if you catch it before the minute mold spots/areas get too large. Cut up & actually dehydrated.
