White vinyl was a bad choice for fencing and siding, this year, due to excessive rains and algae/artillery fungus. It will require scrubbing with lemon dish liquid and hot water, using a microfiber cloth and very frequent rinsings.
When completed, dry, then apply a good dose of Wet n' Forget Outdoors to keep it cleaner.
If you have hard bark mulch within 10 ' of the fence, consider replacing it with stone.

Algae and dirt come off easily. I don't have that much fence, but it comes clean with windex and a rag.
Hi Michelle. You may want to invest in a power washer. An acre of fencing with a rag in hand will take forever!
I DEFINATELY agree. I was a bit nervous for some videos say you can ruin the factory installed PVC using one. With everyones ideas/tutorials I feel that by using a low setting and trying different product/solutions by experimenting 1st with a sample piece, seems like the best thing that will save me possible damage. Not to mention time. Thank you EVERYONE for your help in this discussion! 🤗
There are products for use on vinyl siding that you use with a garden hose. I haven't used them but you might check them out.

I have a small electric power washer I use to clean my concrete patio. Its not as powerful as the bigger ones. Im not mechanical so I prefer the electric ones. Less maintenance. Theyre a lot lighter and they take up less storage room.

At like Lowes or Home Depot, they carry a vinyl cleaner you just spray on and wait a little while and then just spray off with the pressure washer or a hose with a good sprayer on it. We do this every year and it comes out looking great.
Don't waste your money on "specialty" cleaners. Inexpensive cleaner like Dollar Store window cleaner, and Awesome are the best for white vinyl. Most dirt and algae are just surface. Try either. I buy a gallon of windshield washer fluid and use for window cleaner. If it kills road grease and grime it will cut most dirt. MUCH cheaper than Windex.
